After thinking about how to make my daily life a little better, I realized that there were some issues with some of the things I was doing. For starters, I wasn't getting a lot of daily exercise, and it was making me depressed. The second problem I noticed was the fact that I didn't have a lot of energy, which I knew was a result of the sedentary lifestyle I was leading. I started talking with a friend who loved sports, and they helped me to identify a few issues that I was dealing with. I wanted to start a blog all about enjoying new sports and making your free time count.
